Groovy Anton ensures that your data is protected when you use our services. That's why we have a policy in place that explains how your personal information is processed and protected.
The Dutch company Groovy Anton acts as the responsible party for your personal data under the Dutch Data Protection Act (1998:204) and the EU regulation 95/46/EC. Your personal data will be stored, held and processed in the Netherlands.
How do we use your personal data?
When you provide your personal data, you authorize us to use this data to fulfill our obligations to you and provide you with the service you expect from us. We use your data to:
- Process and ship your order via our online services (e.g. your name, address, date of birth and payment information)
- Send you marketing information such as newsletters and run remarketing campaigns (e.g. your name and email address)
- Contact you in case of problems with the delivery of your items (e.g. phone number, address)
- Answer your questions and inform you about new and/or changed services (e.g. your e-mail address)
We do not store your data longer than necessary to perform our services or as long as we are required by law. After that, your personal data will be deleted. We cannot delete your data in case of a legally established storage obligation, such as rules related to accounting and contractual connections.
When subscribing to our newsletter we use the data you provide to send you the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from (receiving) the newsletter at any time after registration via the "Unsubscribe" button at the bottom of the newsletter.
What are your rights?
You have the right to request information about the personal data we hold on you. If the data is incorrect, incomplete or not applicable you can ask us to change or delete the data. Annually, you have the right to request written documentation of the personal data relating to your account. To request this information, please contact groovyantonvintage@gmail.com.
You can revoke your consent to the use of your data for marketing purposes (e.g. sending newsletters or offers).
Who has access to your data?
We will never forward/sell/swap your data to/with third parties for marketing purposes outside Groovy Anton. Groovy Anton only forwards data to third parties to fulfill our obligations to you. For example, Groovy Anton forwards your data to shipping partners in connection with shipments. Groovy Anton may also transmit your personal data to organizations such as credit reference or collection agencies in connection with of credit checks, identity checks, credit tracking and debt collection.
Cookies
A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer or mobile device and is retrieved during subsequent visits to the website. Groovy Anton uses cookies to make your visit to our website more enjoyable and convenient. We do not use cookies to store personal data or to pass information to third parties.
